Current Support Programs
On-Site Support
Standard Support-This rate applies to work performed on workstations, stand alone printers, basic network devices, support calls to 3rd parties, & product or solution research and testing.
Advanced Support-This rate applies to work performed on servers, network attached storage devices, & manageable network devices such as firewalls & print servers.
Remote Support
This rate applies to any support call which exceeds 10 minutes OR work performed as pre-scheduled remotely. This support will be billed in 15 minutes increments. AIBS will NEVER perform remote billable work unless the client has been previously notified. AIBS will NOT provide remote support while on an onsite appointment unless it’s an absolute emergency.
Priority Support
This is a monthly fee to receive the following benefits: priority on-site and remote service scheduling, same day server when available (24 hour guarantee), direct private number access to support staff, dedicated help desk support, all support calls under 5 minutes are free, free HP Partner referral account setup (discounted rates on HP products), off-site storage of generic customer workstation and server images, and client documentation management and storage.
Remote Maintenance
This service provides a proactive server and network maintenance and monitoring solution offered exclusively by AIBS, Inc. Weekly and Bi-Weekly services are available.

Priority Support
This service is when a consultant actually becomes a temporary employee with the client to fulfill a temporary vacancy in the clients I.T. Department. During this process AIBS, Inc. helps the client to get to a stable environment where either as needed support is provided or assistance in acquiring the appropriate personnel is performed.
